A Faith That Sees
In Mark 10:52, Jesus heals a blind man who believed in His power. This man’s faith allowed him to receive healing, showing us that faith opens our eyes to see God’s hand at work. In the same way, we need to pray for the ability to see the people around us through God's eyes—their pain, their struggles, and their needs. It is easy to become consumed with our own concerns, but true faith shifts our focus outward, asking God to help us recognize the brokenness around us. When we pray for His perspective, we begin to see people not as inconveniences or strangers but as beloved individuals created in His image. Additionally, we should pray for the discernment to understand how we can be God’s hands and feet in those situations. Whether it is offering a kind word, lending a helping hand, or simply listening, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide our actions enables us to reflect His love and compassion in tangible ways.
